About The Project:

Blue World City Islamabad – a Pak-China project – is going to be the first private housing project to set new definitions of entertainment and housing. The project includes Chinese operated Water Parks, Resorts, Hotels, and Malls. And it also has systems to promote education and catering system for housing needs.

This project is hopefully going to be a strong sign of friendship between Pakistan and China.

 Project’s Ambition:

Blue World City is being developed with the ambition of Catering which in future will fulfill the residential and commercial needs of the Twin cities; Rawalpindi and Islamabad. It offers all the basic necessities of modern housing development.

About The Investors:

Blue World City is being launched by a Chinese investment company named as Blue Group of Companies in association with Shan Jian, Municipal Engineering, China. A memorandum of understanding (MOU) has recently been signed between the two, Blue Group Of Companies and Shan Jian, to make the project a Pak-China Friendly City to get benefit from the CPEC route.

Permission Approval:

Blue World City has recently received a permission letter (NOC) by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) which considers that the issuance of NOC is in the best public interest.

Previously, people had a lot of doubts and hesitations to invest in the project due to the lack of permission which has now been cleared with the issuance of NOC. Now the project has been officially launched for bookings, and different sizes of residential and commercial plots are being offered on easy installments plan.


It is located on Chakri road near which is near to Rawalpindi Ring Road interchange. It is easily accessible by both the interchanges, Chakri Interchange that is near Rawalpindi Ring Road and the Thalian Interchange that falls near to Islamabad.

The project possesses an ideal location which will joint many housing societies near Chakri and Thalian and also will make a link between Islamabad and Rawalpindi nearby areas.

Development Status:
